Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Cycode FleetLogic Platform operated by Cycode Technologies.
By subscribing to Cycode FleetLogic, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our cloud-based software strictly for the operational management of your registered fleet, transport, or logistics business. You may not sub-license, resell, or distribute access to unauthorized third parties.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% network uptime. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access during scheduled maintenance windows, which are typically performed during off-peak transit hours (11:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
Cycode FleetLogic allows connections to third-party providers (e.g., Cashfree Payments, GPS Telematics Providers, MessageCentral). We are not responsible for the uptime, transaction fees, or data processing errors originating from these external providers. Misuse of our Developer APIs, including intentional rate-limit bypassing, will result in immediate suspension of your tenant account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your SaaS instance immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription invoices, or engage in fraudulent activities using our ecosystem.
In no event shall Cycode Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, freight delays, or business operations arising out of the use or inability to use the Cycode FleetLogic software.
