Because Cycode FleetLogic provisions a dedicated cloud architecture and isolated multi-tenant databases immediately upon subscription, we enforce a strict refund policy.
You may cancel your organization's subscription at any time from your Admin Dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle (Monthly or Annually). Your transport company will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid billing period.
Cycode Technologies does not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat all our enterprise clients equally, no exceptions will be made.
If a transaction is successfully disputed or a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances by our support team, the standard payment gateway processing fees (e.g., 2% charged by Cashfree Payments) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Purchases of digital add-ons, such as WhatsApp messaging credits, GPS telemetry API bumps, or third-party integration limits through the Cycode FleetLogic portal, are considered final and non-refundable. If your dispatch or admin team experiences a technical issue utilizing these credits, they must contact our support desk via the Helpdesk module.
