4. Subscription & Payment

  • FleetLogic offers monthly and annual subscription plans with specific usage limits.
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer or required by law.
  • Prices and features may change, but users will be notified in advance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access data not intended for you.
  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwani, Haryana.
